The website sets out evidence based recommendations for health and care in England. This link will take you to a page where you can search keywords and find guidance on topics relating to your situation.
Best Use of Medicines in Pregnancy. This website is a useful tool when trying to determine what medications are safe to take during pregnancy and which aren't.

This is a hot topic amongst many parents and often people have very different opinions on what approach is the 'right' one. I am a firm believer in each to their own and that you need to do what works for you and your family.

That said I am including this link here as I found a lot of Rosey's free content (website & YouTube) very useful and eventually did purchase the 6-9 month course which was a game changer.
I had no idea where to begin with weaning, I followed a few Instagram accounts and did some googling before coming across SR Nutrition.

Breastfeeding Together offer Nationwide online pregnancy & breastfeeding support. They will help you plan and prepare for parenthood and help you get through the 4th trimester.

They also provide a free phone line for working families to get legal advice.
This is a great source of information on pregnancy and motherhood discrimination. It is a charity set up by Joeli Brearley who was sacked from her job via voicemail two days after informing them she was pregnant. Pregnant Then Screwed support tens of thousands of women each year, and are successfully campaigning for change.

You have likely heard of NCT through your local hospital classes, they are a charity dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
